Our Mission
To make U.S. immigration radically simpler, faster, and more human — for founders, professionals, and families building their next chapter.

Trust and Communication are Everything
Immigration is personal — and often high-stakes. We take that responsibility seriously. That’s why transparency, security, and real human support are foundational to everything we do. You’ll always know where things stand, what’s ahead, and what we’re doing to help.
We Are Highly Resourced
From legal advisors and vetted strategists to world-class templates and digital tools, we bring infrastructure and insight to every step of your journey. We don’t just know the system — we’ve lived it and built tools to navigate it better.
We Show Up for Our Communities
Trotter isn’t one-size-fits-all. We serve communities that are often overlooked — like global entrepreneurs, early-stage founders, first-gen tech professionals, and emerging creatives. We care deeply about who we serve, and we’ve built this platform with their real-world needs in mind.

M. Victoria Sánchez, ESQ.
Our motto is Client First.
A seasoned attorney and Harvard Law graduate, Victoria brings over two decades of experience in venture capital, M&A, and international structuring. Admitted to practice in Florida and New York, her legal career spans multinational financial institutions, tech firms and top-tier law firms across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe. She has advised startups, growth-stage companies, and investors navigating complex cross-border transactions and regulatory landscapes. Her professional journey includes roles at Patagon.com, Mastercard, JP Morgan Securities, and Greenberg Traurig, as well as leadership positions in private firms and entrepreneurial ventures. She was also the founder of Libro Magic Amarillo, a startup created to bring personalised children's books to Spanish speaking families, as well as a consulting firm focused on global mobility.
Victoria’s fluency in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and conversational Turkish reflects her truly global practice—and client base. Her multicultural insight is matched by her commitment to making legal services more accessible and transparent through the thoughtful integration of automation and AI.
Beyond her practice, she serves as an advisor to the board of WeInvest LATAM, an NGO of female investors in Latam working together to educate and to advance innovative opportunities within Latin America. She is also a dedicated community volunteer, supporting initiatives for public education, an avid reader and a tennis player.
Victoria founded Trotter Pro to meet a clear market need: modern, client-centered immigration counsel to support the speed of global talent and capital. Her mission is to make immigration law not only navigable—but empowering—for founders, families, and professionals on the move.

Built by Founders, for Founders.
Trotter wasn’t born in a boardroom.
It was built out of necessity — from lived experience, long nights, and the relentless complexity of U.S. immigration systems.
Our founding team struggled with it firsthand. We know what it’s like to build something meaningful across borders — and to do it while managing visa deadlines, paperwork uncertainty, and endless legal back-and-forth. We saw how much time, energy, and opportunity founders were losing just trying to stay compliant. So we built something better.
Trotter is designed for people like us: startup founders, professionals, creatives, and families who need to move fast, stay focused, and trust that someone has their back.
We created Trotter to help simplify the U.S. immigration process for people building something bigger than themselves — their companies, their careers, their futures.
